Mettalic clicking noise.......
« on: June 08, 2007, 08:29:55 AM »

I seem to be getting a metalic click when I touch the brakes, it only clicks once then I release the brake and when pressure is applied it clicks once again...... :?

I have changed the front anti rollbar bushes.....

But I believe its coming from the brake caliper on one side:?:  anyone else had a similar problem?

Play between the fixed portion of the caliper and the sliding half. You havent put new pads in and reassembled one of the calipers incorrectly per chance?
Or had some spare bits left over after stripping a caliper maybe!
