Cherokee problem

When I turn in 4 wheel drive there is a kocking and creaking front the front end.

This happens when I turn left or right.

It doesnt happen in 2 wheel drive.

Any ideas

Sounds like its stuck in part time 4x4,try putting it in reverse in 4wd and backing up a bit, then do some figure of eights in a car park in 4wd,that should sort it,i bet its never been in 4wd in its life?......ps dont try 4wd part time on tarmac ffs :-D
