4wd Low gear selector
« on: April 14, 2009, 09:54:59 PM »

My problem is that im pretty much stuck to 2wd, thanks to recovery chap that came to rescue.

Not having jeep long thought i would try out all the gears ( at very slow speed).

from normal gear box. used the 4wd low gear selector lever. and got stuck in neutral. this happened twice now and each time had to call out assistance, and chaps stuck me back into 2wd

is this a common problem with jeep

me local garage tried fixing the problem but its happend again since and i darent try it again :-?

any info would be a big help

If it does stick try driving forwards and backwards while moving the lever
