5 x 114.3 bolt pattern - ok for XJ ?

The wheels I'm interested in getting for my XJ I have been advised they come with a 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern.
I get the 5 bit - what's the 114.3 for?  Most importantly, will they fit?

114.3 is the diameter of the circle which is formed by joining the bolt holes together.
It is correct for an XJ.
