Roof bars on a tj hard top

Just a quick question that has come to mind, Has anybody tried to fit the roof bars and rack, from a cherokee on to a Tj hard top? can it be done????

cant see why not mate. just gonna involve some drillin and makin sure it dont leak. i always think adding high up weight is not the best idea but as long as you drive accordingly i would think its ok.

i fitted roof bars on on of my jeeps hard tops it was very usefull use large washers to try and spread the loadings on the fibre glass and just be carefull not over do the wait on it [dont let lard roof surf on it]

Will only be using it for fishing rods, so can't see any issue with weight, thanks or help, anyone breaking a Cherokee??? ( this is a great forum ), any of you's going to slindon(?) next week?, Jeep club event
