As all UK RHD YJs were built as LHD then converted to RHD in Dover, should be a doddle.

There IS a doubler plate around the steering and pedal mount holes - I guess it's just to beef up the area so the pedals don't flex the firewall as you work them (flexing will eventually lead to cracking).You should have a LHD doubler on the rotten CJ tub which you should be able to locate the spot welds and drill through them. This doubler should be a good fit onto the YJ tub, giving you the added bonus of having the holes all in the right places!!
Or you could hemmorage $$$$$ and get the similar fix from Poison Spyder (the steering side of the company are still in action I think)
........but I've noticed our American cousins are never happy with a cheap simple solution to a problem....... They'd rather tip a truck load o' money at it, spent on some overpriced high spec gizmo off some flashy website
