Well, all I know is that it revs free'er through the range and with the 31's on and a full Tj, i can hold a slight hill in 5th whereas before I could not hold 65 on the flat in 5th....
No Dyno, just seat of the pants and for £18 I figure it was worth the risk and proved good in my view

proof of the pudding is in the eating.........£18 ain't bad for a percieved difference in the grand scheme of things!!!
Another tip is drive around with the hard top on for a year then take it off.......the weight saving makes my CJ feel like a rocket!!!!!!

Not sure about a power gain, but as Ed said, i did notice it idled better and seemed to rev more freely.

There is a power and torque gain, can now pull 5th gear (on the flat!) with my 33s, fourth no problem at all.
Fitted the spacer then the Brute Force air intake, similar gains with each.
