The OBD system warning light has come on, the manual says I may have a loose fuel cap or contaminated fuel, anything else I should be worrying about?

Get to a dealer or Jeep specialist and get it scanned for fault codes if it keeps coming on. You could try disconnecting the battery first, this will clear the memory, then use it and see if it come back, then get it scanned if it does as it could be dozens of things.
