XJ hand brake button

Bloody thing has sprung off, seems to be just a push fit on, so was going to epoxy the bast back in but it doesnt seem to go in far enough, anyone know how to refit one?

remove the hand brake from the jeep glue it with peanut butter then put it in the microwave 2 minutes and 15 seconds and it will be fixed for ever
