I had to take a chance in chasing it up, simply because of the costs involved, i know being in the motor trade that most parts have some kind of warranty, and have to be fit for the job..
I was expecting a brush off tho, the old, "the manufacturer is in Mongolia, heres the number,  :banghead:,  good luck with that".
But after a polite e-mail, explaining the fault and asking about claiming on the part its been resolved!!!!

 :icon_biggrin: :icon_biggrin:

Oh, yeah, parts arrived today,  and a cheque towards the costs, VERY happy, great customer care !! ......

It's good to hear that this does happen sometimes, it's easy to become cynical

not bad for an ebay seller - but as I've said on other post he resolved my problem as well - and after positive feedback had been left left

almost back together!!!!  lots of parts cleaned, lots of shiney new bits, lots of high temp grease on the injectors, but hope i'l never take those out again !

 :steeringwheel:

Oh, replaced the thermostat too, easier while head off, it seemed to run a little cold over the winter and still not warming up to temp, checked Ebay for prices, cheapest, £105 + delivery, (as its a sealed unit/housing) went to stealers, £97 inc vat (with gasket) ????? job done.....
