i have used my chain three  times today and its the same chain i have used for over twenty years beat that the you strap lovers

wire sure flys but not seen chain fly yet only one i ever seen break was two buldozers towing a motor scraper good crack and it fell to the floor but it was heavy chain

one thing you need to remember is in-spite of Bubba's youthful :hysterical: looks he is very experience and unlike most of the muppets on youtube, he knows what he is doing.

most people use what ever they have and just drive off so any break will be more severe than it needs to be. like with everything  if its done right the risk of damage is minimal.

out of interest i want to see a vid of a chain break loads of straps and wires and failed tow points   i cant really see me breaking any of mine as they are good enough for towing trucks as i have this last week at work

I'm sure your's are fine, Bubba and you know what you're doing but these guy's snapped and it catapulted right through the back window and out the windscreen. If someone had been sat in the way it would have near decapitated them. :icon_eek:

Thats what happens when you snatch whether it be with chain rope or strop,as opposed to just a simple straightforward tow.All that energy has to go somewhere
