In this months Total Offroad magazine there is what looks to be a really good offroad/greenlane route down between the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains.Although only 33.3 miles they have put a time on of 5 hours and it looks quite a challenge and i wondered if we could get a few off us together and try it out so if you might be interested let me know, along with some suitable dates.

Sounds good.
I'm flexible with dates. I can work round the awkward ones.

Maybe you will join us on this one Woody as it looks to be nearly as far for us as it would be for you,if we can get it organised.

The other option would be to split into small groups with a staggered start and have prearranged rest spots. That way more people would have the joy of navigating and help is never more than a short distance ahead or behind.
I led a group of 6 Jeeps on the Ridgeway Road Book last autumn and it was difficult to keep together turning out into traffic.

If this one goes ahead, would it be OK if I bring along a couple of friends that seem interested (Disco! and a Trooper!
