Hi, I dont want to hijack your thread, but with the weather turning cooler I have noticed the same on my 2000 Grand Cherokee 3.1d (WJ I think). The heater flaps are working fine, but the matrix does not get hot, not like the main radiator and one of the pipes going to it is not hot at all compared with the other one, is it worth back-flushing the heater matrix or am I just hoping it will fix it?Thanks, Nigel
