Cracking weekend folks

Great to see old friends, apologies to those I didnt get to say hi to, glad to see some new faces too even though I didn't get chance to say hello. Seems the Mindy section is growing very popluar.

Seems I have a brake fluid leak, pulled in for fuel on the way home & there was a BBQ smoking away under the bonnet, fluid dripping onto manifold

Jay & Dave, glad you enjoyed trying out some new bits

So,.got started again, got anuva 6 miles down the m25 & bang - lost all power,.engine cut out,.no lights, blah blah

back of the recovery crew again - home by 2am at the earliest - work will b fun 2mrw

Think Mark & Clayt had a late one too. Mark had an incident with a knife & had to go to A & E in Kiddy then to Wocester as I understand it ..... think there was quite a bit of waiting around.

Hope you boys got home ok & Mark, hope the tape didnt hurt when it got pulled off

Thanks to everyone for making a great weekend. It was great to see so many faces, some I haven't met before, some I haven't seen for ages.

The offroading was good and there were some chuckles had with Rob, Jeremy, Jedi, Tim, Mark, Clayt, CB.....and all the others I probably bumped into drunkenly.

The XJ continues to surprise me but is due some care and attention so I'll probably see you all in a few months time, Turkey Hunt maybe.

Well home from Worcestershire A&E around 1:30am

Unknown to many of you, I managed to stab myself in my Right Arse Cheek! Done when my knife fell out of its sheave when in the Truck. Then wedged itself, waiting for me to slide onto it next got out

So 8 hours later, I'm back home with a sore Arse cheek taped upped, and minus a pint of blood!

Pride absolutely destroyed and many a piss take coming my way

Kudo's to Clayton and Hannah for their response team efforts

As well Steve, Gail and Kev's support, and laughter

Cracking weekend though

This is what makes Birty's ! The getting out and froading and talking crap and having a good laugh.

Great weekend all round.

Good f'roadin', great company and a couple of incidents to take the attention away from me.
I thought Kev had it in the bag after his human torch impersonation but stabbing ya self in the arse. Kudos dude.

Big thank you is due to all those involved in organising the weekend.....sorry I couldn't be there to lend a hand; I'll try and do better next time.

In all seriousness; hope the burn heals OK Kev and I'm please to hear all you lost was ya dignity and some red wine mark. get well soon fellas.
