Q for dr Mike, but
Now the p/s pump is fucked on me 2.5 deisel z/
I need to get the pulley of the shaft, will it come off with a 3 legged puller :?
or does it require a special tool

It might do but the proper tool pulls on the flange on the central boss because I believe the pulley is mainly plastic so you could break it. You also have to make a tool to put it back on by using the thread in the middle of the pump shaft to pull the pulley on. If you try to press it on you will break the pump. We used to order a new pulley with the pump to save some hassle.

totaly different on a diesel
somebody in their infanite wisdom, decided that the aircon pump would run a lot better if it was connected to the back of the pump, tossers
