Stock is 60mm in the upper section then below the throttle plate tappers to 56mm.

So just short of 2500mm2 then. Bound to be some restricion due to the butterfly and shaft, but it's not that bad...so on pure bore size alone, I'll stick my neck out and say it's not restrictive.

Any steps or sudden changes in bore will be a problem to flow though, and plenum volume makes a big difference too.

FWIW of course!

Only real way to know is to test it back-to-back on a dyno. Not many folk can do that or bother to if they can I guess.  Sadly, I've found that the wallet-influenced seat-of-pants dyno isn't very reliabel or accurate.
