105e 1500gt engine - yes
but non of that namby pamby disc brakes (they for sensible people) and suspension malarky
now - banded steels with big tyres - abso bleedin loutely
fantastic of the lights all the way to 50mph then all did was make more noise

Got lucky with mine..... Had a mate .....older boy in the village that crashed his Cortina 1500 GT ....so for £50 I had the engine gearbox and 3.55 diff. Up from 4.27 or 4.44 if a van so mine was stupid fast..... For the time......maybe 100 on a windless day

And cos I was crap at fab work at the time I never got to put the discs on the front
Used to move about under braking trying to halt from 100.
