I think I've got a burning smell, but mine hasn't been offroad recently.
Started on friday after a long drive back from Bristol. It may be the brakes not sure yet may have to get the wheels off today and have a gander.
I can neither locate it easily nor describe it so I guess a forum  is going to struggle with assistance

I remember the missus driving my car out to my work one night and she hadn`t put the handbrake 100% off. The smell would of choked you.Could be a 100 things. Is your jeep an auto or manual diesel?
