Good idea, if everyone else is in agreement.

Certainly saves a few of us driving over from Wagtail on Saturday evening, which with all the Jack going round, probably wouldn't be too hot an idea!

Sounds like a plan, the week after is the steam rally at Ribbo so those who want to put on a show for Pat and Steve will be close to the Old House at Home anyway.

Does this mean you will be camping (and attending the BBQ)? :D

------

If the committee meeting is taking place at the pub meet, I am still prepared to help out, eg with printing, as per last year, such as the entry plates.  I also have accumulated a few items suitable for the raffle.  If you think I can help in other ways, please don't hesitate to ask.

If people could e-mail me some hi-res quality photos of events, I will begin work on next years callendar, and hopefully have some printed by Cheapfest.  If there are enough of us prepared to man a stall, we could have a club stall, selling merchandise, old 4x4 mags, etc.

Assuming the Cheapfest website will remain active after the event (perhaps upated with photos and reports), I can make some www.cheapfest.co.uk stickers.

IMPORTANT NOTICE.

It would appear that the guys over at Ribbo are having such a great time (drinking!) that they suggest the pub meet be held there.

I know this is very last minute, sorry about that folks, I got a phone call this pm, and have only just got to the computer.
