KD is right, new number plates have to be marked with the authorised suppliers name and post code .... however, who is to say when your stick on number plate were made ????

I've got stick on number plates on the front of the Tomb Raider and front and back of the TJ and had no problems at the MOT, also what is the definition of 'stick on', a lot of dealers apply a vinyl (stick on) number plate to the face of acrylic these days (always used to be to the rear so you looked through the clear bit to see the numbers)

Gaz I got your pm, if you want one made, no problem just let me know the depth of your bumper, not promising it'll be legal but hell ... live life on the edge

sorry guys but  i still say its a guide no more no less there is no specific mounting point otherwise everything on the road would be the same it is the rear plate that is the one that will get you a fine bikes and tractors jcbs and quads have no front plate septing very few exeptionn buses somtime have the front plate above the driver by the route number and you can still get plates without the suplyers  name no problem why worry we all see smoked plates black plates silver plates and those with unreadable script and letters and nos reversed to say whatever
