8274 on the front of a TJ

How easy ???? Any pitfalls I should look out for?

Just bought one for £150 that needs a new spring for one of the brushes and new solenoids, plus some cleaning up. Pick it up tomorrow and will prob send it off to PG winches for a refurb before fitting it...

Skipped two steel cables last week - typical!

My old YJ had an 8274 on the front, hopefully will be at CF.

The only thing to beaware, although you probably already know, the mounting is unique, so you will have to source a specific mount. Also feckin heavy compared to most others, oh and finally extremley fast so mind your fingers!

Got it......

Look at that plug, do you reckon it's the Warn original!

I've removed the cable, it's actually in reasonable condition under that rust...
