Since the location has now been established, all we need do is set the date. (I would appreciate further instruction on how to find the place).

This weekend is fine by me (Fri/Sat/Sun), but not the weekend after.

thats ok by me if folks cant make it sat night at the ranch is dooable as second option but i do like the diner for thurs i think weekends there get packed

sats no probs............the down side of being the boss is you have to work yer ass off all week!!! our time off is between 4pm sat & 8am monday....... :cry:

Catering sorted!!!!

The unit booked can do breakfasts, burgers, steaks, fish & chips, hot & cold drinks...........& they are only based in Kiddy, so they dont have far to come!!! They will be there from friday afternoon til sunday nite, just need to know the times they are required to be open........

Ice-cream van sorted, just confirmed this but again they need times to be on site etc......
