XJ DIESEL THERMOSTAT?????

HIYA BOYS AND GIRLS. HOPE YOUR ALL WELL.AM SORTING OUT A SPRING SERVICE FOR MY XJ AND  I THINK I NEED TO CHANGE MY STAT.THERE THREE HOSES COMING OUTA THE RAD, ANYONE KNOW WHICH ONE HAS THE STAT IN IT....TOP MIDDLE OR BOTTOM,,,IN THE WORDS OF THAT BLOKE ON TELLY???/

Hello. The thermostat is on the top hose, engine end.  :)

yup you will find it in a housing at the front top of the block. be carefull when removing and re-fitting because they can crack easily.

Bloomin heck!!!!!
just phoned up Jeep in Kingstanding Birmingham,A thermostat for my motor retails at around 35 quid,,,,nearly fell over,,,,,mind you,,,they do throw in a gasket!!!
