Dont like em.

You end up with a speaker so close to the back of your head everything is effectively in mono and capable of giving you a screaming headache.

My TJ already had it in... Factory speaks in the front are crud.... only have the sound bar on now... Can still hear it over the soft top at 80....  Shounting conversations stop at 60 :)

You've got it spot on why Im looking for some Bubba! :shock:  Mine's got 2 upward facing speakers behind the seats

my speakers are in the back radio is fitted in my center cubby box whith a cd changer in the glove box not got it wet yet seems to work ok in that 20

I have a set of VDP pods available for you, if interested. They didn;t fit completely on a 96 due to a bolt on the sports bar.

I didn't want to cut them up, as they are splash proof, so I had replacments sent out by VDP (Free of charge!!).
