Been faffing about on some 3d modeling software, unsure if this will be the final one, texture on it is rubbish but it disappears if you paint it black

i would go with th longer one cos it offers better protection and support to the wing. mount the winch on top of your bumper. it i easier to work with and also eisier to see if cable is bunching and stuff.

Its either sit it on top and have the bumper stick out an extra 2" or inside and tucked up, also not keen on anything blocking up the rad face.
Go Jeep doesn't have any winch bumpers, and I dont have an ARB to hack up

a winch wont affect the air flow to the rad enough to cause a problem. the bumper will disrupt the air flow anyway mate.
