HI The drivers side front window on my xj sticks when it is down . I have to pull it to get it to go up .Is there some way i can adjust this so it will not go down so far . its a electric window

pop the door card off and take a look at the winder mechanism, it might just need a bit of oil on the knurled threads.
you will have to unscrew the door handle and door opener lever

Try spraying some light oil / silicon spray down the runners which the glass travels in as well - they can get a bit dry and cause problems.
