Has anybody on here used Seafoam for cleaning out there engines?

They rave about it in the US but before I get some I just wondered if anybody closer to home has used it and what was there experience of it.

I've read loads of rave reviews about it.

Also read a load of snake oil reviews.

Buyer beware I think is the term. Standard engine flush and oil change is as good as anything, but you'll run the possibility of blocking oil galleries due to loosening crud up which has been festering for years, and that will kill your engine.
