I have kind enjoyed so far. Just wished I had more time to get it done quicker. Getting there now though, mock up all the panels next week then prep for paint

whilst sad to have sold it i am glad it went to someone who could afford to invest the funds to care for it same with the others i sold

I dont think invest is the correct word Bubba, permanent drain on finances would be more apt :icon_winkle:

Definitely slowly drained the finances. Basically saved £50 a week, then bought what I needed every couple of months hence why it's taken so long!! Worth it in the end though, nice to revive a what was rotten CJ8 back to its former glory. Save up again now for the fekin paint job  :icon_eek:
Mocked it up this afternoon just to check everything still fits. It does, happy days, even the doors don't catch!!!

Not much left oh the original big red really, chassis, engine,box, hard top, doors, roll bar, dash , clocks & tailgate, every thing else is either new or replaced! Re-wire next! Oh the joys!  :jpshakehead:
