During my tear down of the jeep I noticed that the body mounts did not look factory (odd size hole and bolt combo in the mount), can anyone tell me the corect sizes that the mounts are and where to get a set of replacement ones from or what to make a set from, I'm also thinking I need a 1" lift just to clear a couple of mods I've made so far. Any help would be appreciated.

I just ordered up a set from Daystar...........via Quadratec in the US
The 1 inch lift I had done by a local guy who 'ballony cut' some solid ally and drilled it for me...........use your original bolts and order up 1 inch longer
cheaper and better than wobbly 1 or 2 inch plastic lift blocks.

Get some Ford Sierra engine mounts or similar from a motor factor and save a bunch of notes!
Just make sure you get 3/8" BSW threads NOT M10 or it won't match.
Then again:
Any anti vibration mounting should do the trick, I seem to remember "Stopchoc" do a wide variety, I'll probably use them myself when I put my CJ7 back together!

We do business with http://www.vibracoustics.com/ (http://www.vibracoustics.com/)
for all our floating mounts stuff.
Just a tip.

Thanks for the link, some usefull bits, I may enquire into the rail sandwich mounts as I could then fabricate my mounts to exactly the right height I want, I'll give them a buzz tomorrow.
