Previous owner installed a row of switches running various items, but all running off a single power and single earth, All spliced together with crappy blue wiretaps.  :doh:

So i've replaced it all with decent illuminated switches (Maplin) individual wires running from an aux fusebox so everthing has its own fuse, properly grounded, with a master switch. Properly crimped with heat shrink protection.

So across the panel, its now:

Master, Spare, Idle control master, ARB master, Code4, Aux rad fan, Fog, OBA.

ARB switches (under speedo) now both upgraded to newer 'rocker' style switches and rewired. "Pit-scch"  :icon_super:

This evening sorted the PIAA's out, and re-wired in the 'new' stereo. Just need to run new power wires to the amp (speaker wire installed by previous owner is NOT adequate power supply...  :wsmile: ) and i can cross 'toons' off the list.

Have also cleaned up, re-routed and run all the misc wiring criss-crossing the engine bay into conduit tubes. Much cleaner.

It showed me why i need to run a proper power supply to the amp. Cranking it up made the amp cut out due to lack of juice. A speaker wire running the current just doesn't cut it!
