Oh not now....Grand heater issues..

..Got the WJ heater blend door issues today, Have a drive up to Newcastle in the morning, will be chilly now. Both doors playing up it seems, have codes 45,55 &56  :banghead:

the two going for £87 keep the duel control, the one from heater treater uses only the motor on the glove box side
so both doors are held together with small grub srews on centre shaft.
just make sure the motors work before you pick one. you can just reach the back motor to feel the spindle to make sure
it moves when you work the temp control
Oh and try not to use a dremmel type cutter very messy. I drilled a hole at each corner and then cut it with a saw blade on a
swiss army knife. a lot cleaner and safer.

I have this problem too drivers side there is no hot air is the the door blend how do you get those codes, do you have to take the dash out or can you just buy one of them kits where you take the glove box out.

Buy the kit, follow the instructions and note the bit when your cutting through stuff... dremel is a top tip...

Warmth will then flow again....
