I converted my CJ6 from manual to power steering fairly easily. I took the steering box out of a 96 Cherokee RHD, bolts directly to the manual bracket. You have to cut a notch out of the front crossmember to allow the hoses to exit (same as LHS). I took the steering shaft as well as the hoses. I brought a pump off BD and made up my own hoses using the ends going to the box and new fitting to the resevoir. I made up my own steering shaft by using the UJ's from each vehicle so that it suited and spliced them together with a compression shaft from a collapsible steering shaft.
