steering stops

Hi,
since fitting new tyres 31s  ive had a little rubbing on full lock, so spaced the steering stops as link , sorted.    :D  http://jeepgarage.free.fr/pneus.html

cooooooool i'll have to do that, i get a little bit of rub sometimes with mine but i just kinda ignore it. Ta for the link Tag :D

Yeah,

no probs, it says 2x 3mm washers per side i used 2x 2.5 mm washers a total of 5mm and have plenty of clearance

great thanks, ive got 35mm wheel spacers on too (have you?) you'd think they would stop the rub but i still get a real little bit now and again (mind you my tyres are pretty new and the tread is massive). looks like i'll be fiddling with washers tommoro :lol:

No,  mine rubbed full lock at the rear of the tyre, if you have side wall lugs on your tyres you may need a little more....good luck

Good reference photos, but I'm not sure how you're supposed fit a body lift to a Cherokee, when it doesn't have a separate chassis! :roll:

Nope!!  You can only fit a body lift if the vehicle has a separate chassis, like a TJ.  The XJ is a monocoque, so what you're suggesting still counts as a suspension lift! 8)
