Do the WJ axles use the same type of ABS system as on an XJ?? If they use different tone rings, voltages or a single tone ring in the diff like some axles have I can't imagine you'll be able to make it compatible with the XJ computer.

Also, WJ axles are wider and doing the front-end steering and brake swap isn't exactly a straight forward and 'budget' modification.

I just ditched the ABS system on mine and have the C8.25 rear axle and WJ conversion on my D30, running 33's and planning to go 35+ when I can gather the 4.88s and other parts (going ARBs I think :twisted: ) together.

Slight change of plan, just bought a ford 8.8 rear axle, doing the regear on the axles then doing the WJ knuckle conversion later
