Following on from the previous "die grinder" thread, I finally got round to installing the hood vents today. :lol:  :lol:

pics are too big. it is a real problm if someone with a phone or limited download want to view the forum and they click on this thread. i dont think it is unreasonabe to ask that folk re-sizing pics to a bit smaller size to save this problem. 8-)

The pics are IMG links to my Photobucket account. Therefore there shouldnt be a download issue. I can't be arsed to resize them to every individuals taste  8-)

Thanks. They're from a 1980's Chrysler LeBaron. A lot of guys in the US use these vents on XJ's as they suit the hood lines perfectly and they fit exactly between the hood supports. Obviously difficult to get in the UK but a mate of mine in the US got them for me for $10 from a breakers and he brought them over here when visiting at Christmas.

don't know if its just me , but they remind me off a griddle pan,,, can just see bacon  cooking on them.

got to admit tho the pics are a tad large, I got to keep scrolling across the screen to see it all. mind you
this is a old laptop as well. can't wait to get my newer one repaired.
