Folks, where do you guys buy your Jeep gear from? I mean exhausts, lift kits, bumpers, wheels etc. I ordered two headlights from Quadratec and the import duty killed me (the duty and shipping cost me as much as the lights...lol). I couldn't imagine shipping ARB bumpers from the USA.
The only decent place I have found so far is
http://www.devon4x4.com/
which mainly does LR.

I have used Devon 4x4 for ARB Lockers and Warn Rockcrawler bumpers, the rest of the stuff I imported via quadratec but it was 2$ to the £ at that point, I normally try to order a large number of parts at the same time to best use the cost of the delivery, and also add sundry items to the order that don't weigh much and fill up the empty spaces in the box.
Cheers
Nick

Speak to Devon 4x4 and they'll get most stuff for you.
I still import some stuff myself but the exchange rate and increased shipping costs are making it painful lately.

For Warn and Safari Snorkels I’ve used the importer
http://www.arbil4x4.co.uk
and because I live locally, I’ve visited to order and collect and talked them into a small discount. They also list stuff on ebay occasionally.
I believe Dave at
http://www.llama4x4.com
is a good contact for suspension and brake lines etc and I’m sure you’ll get loads of other stuff from him too. I’ve never bought from him, but he has helped me out in the past and he seems a top man!
Some people use
http://www.specialist-leisure.co.uk
but they have a reputation of being very, very expensive!
You’ll get all your routine service items and a lot of spares from Lighthouse - 01953 681237. Their telephone manner is most off-putting, but they’ll have what you want and their service is excellent. Also,
http://www.mansfield4x4.co.uk
might be worth a look at for routine stuff, but I’ve never used them.
There is also a supplier section on the forum which you might find useful.
