New shocks

If I got springs for a 3" lift would my shocks cope with it, they are skyjacker ones that came with the 2"BB.

You will lose some droop but they will be fine. You could fit BPEs to the front to gain some back. Don't forget to check your bump stops touch the axle before the shocks bottom out though (same with any lift TBH)
