TJ Recovery points

I think the rear point is sorted there appears to be a standard eye fitted on the rear nearside. I have also inherited a tow bar which i think is detatchable but i havent worked out how it comes off yet.
The front has a chrome safari light bar thing which is bolted to the top of the bumper as well as underneath. I presume the safari bars come off and tow hooks fitted on one or both sides of the top of the bumper.
Does that sound about right???
Any advice greatly received :?

You can purchase recovery hooks which bolt straight on the top of your bumper, like on mine which can be seen
here
either side of the winch.
4WD do
these
and I'm sure MJ's or Team Wrangler will be able to help there. (But of course it wouldn't be worth ordering
just
a pair of tow hooks now would it...
)
Alternatively, Greggmo has some for sale which bolt on the front of the bumper which you can put a shackle/d-ring through.

Are there any suitable recovery points / hooks to fit to the rear of a TJ?
The standard loops won't take my shackles!
Will a hook work upside down?

Ivan
2 options
Greggmo was I think looking at fabricating one failing that Steve Middleton from NSM was selling one that would replace the rear tow point on a TJ/Front tow point on an XJ its very strong and takes a 4.75t rated shackle not sure if it would work with an aftermarket bumper tho
