Not Jeep Related..... Rotary Phase Convertor.
« on: August 12, 2010, 01:46:23 PM »

Hi all,

Just bought yet another 3 phase machine.... motor is too large to be swapped out for a single phase one, so looking at rotary phase convertors. Anyone on here had any experience with them? Anyone built one? Where can I get Run capacitor and Start Capacitors...... Help please?

How many HP / kW / Amps is the motor? An invertor would be cheaper.
