Vinegar to increase fuel economy?
«

Speaking to someone this week who told me about a guy who had his Jeep running with a Vinegar additive that was increasing his fuel economy by a substantial amount.
Apparently can get it done fairly locally. I'm in Worcester.
Was slightly skeptical if I'm honest, but always happy to find out and thought I'd find out if anyone else has heard of this?

Never heard of it. Neither have my usual sources, peswiki and gassavers. Of the top of my head, I'd wonder if petrol and
vinegar even mix together. If not, must be some exotic system. Smells very fishy to me. However, more info would be good.

That was my initial thought as well, rubbish.
Can't think why vinegar would add anything to the mix to improve the efficiency.
I'll see what I can find out however. Apparently a breaker near to Kiddeminster is the one who has come up with the system??
All second hand information from a fairly unreliable source so probably a grain of truth mixed with a healthy scoop of bullshit.

So which part of the cycle would then become the vinegar stroke?
