jeep mechanic with diagnostic machine..birmingham area wanted????

hi
apart from main dealer, does anyone know of a garage, or a mechanic that can come out to the house (im in halesowen) that is a good guy but affordable so i dont get ripped off again! grand cherokee diesel 2.7 02 plate approx 90k miles...wont start, elecs gone mad, gagues wont work etc etc

i could pop round but it would be limited help  as i dont have diagnostic equipment for such new models i could try a fresh battery and look for any obvious
problems and that would be aboiut it
