My WJ 4.7V8 goes back to the garage I borught it from a month ago for some issues to be resolved.

I know what a couple are:

Drivers heated seat not heating - should be easy fix
Only warm air from heating controls - Blend Doors

On full lock the front feels like it wants to lock up, and makes a horrible griding noise - Any ideas????
When the car is cold, and I pull away I get a strange sound (sounds like a plastic bucket full of little stones been tipped) - Any ideas?

Rather have some suggestions to take with me.

Cheers James

Ok,

Lets hope its not the Viscus but if it is the dealer will have to sort it,

I will look at the size of the tires when I go out, whats the max sixe that can fit the vehicle? if this is the case then it came with the tires on it so for them to sort again.

I will try and record the other noise in a bit.

It has a 247. They don't have a viscous coupling they have multi plate clutches like a limited slip diff. Still go wrong though. If it is a Quadradrive model, it could also be the front diff.

It feels like the front diff, as if its locking up in some way.
