Is it easy to remove the viscous and put a elec fan in?

Yes, you just need a fan controler & relay to run the fan. Oh and some plasters for when you take to old fan off  :banghead:

search google as there are a few threads covering this subject.  have a look on gojeep as he covers the air flow rates that are suitable
