I'm planning a little maintenance for the underside of my TJ.

What would be your recommendation for an underbody sealer?

Dinitrol. Does what it says on the tin. Used extensively on aircraft too. Range of products, for different applications.

I use sprayed waxoyl (from a decent spray gun) seems to get everywhere and stick like *****

Someone has explained the virtues of this stuff to me, but I have a short memory, it's completely fell off my radar.

Waxoyl can be good but has its drawbacks.

Does not displace damp/water, so if you inject it into car sills that are already full of damp wet mud and rust, the waxoyl will float over the top and protect the upper part of the sill, while the bottom continues to rot out

Dinitrol.co.uk. I used 3125 on me chassis rails, works on damp and dirty metal/rust too. Loads of different ones pick the right one for your application.

Currently building a American Chevy as well as my Jeep lots over there recomend POR15. can be found in the UK and other countries and i have never heard a negative word about it.

I second the por15 vote for the chassis I bought mine from frost.co.uk it's better to buy smaller tins as it goes off really quick if you don't use the whole can, as for inside the chassis and body I'll probably go the waxoyl spay method
