Hello all
Got me another problem today
The drivers heated seat has packed up
Would this happen to be complicated job (like everything else) or is it a fairly easy fix
Does anyone know where i can get a cd or manual from for a 98 Grand, cant find one anywhere
Thanks

nothing on e-bay
Several sellers on there with cd manuals,
that is, unless you own a 1997 TJ , seems to have being a changeover year from the yj and nobody does the info

Heated seat is usually an easy fix. Carefully remove the cover from the seat and you will find that the wires in the R/H bolster of the cushion are soldered into the heating element. They usually break here and can be re soldered easily. It's worth using the replacement modified wire kit available from Chrysler as these wires are a lot more flexible and less liable to break off.

Thanks for the tip on how to fix the seat Mike
I was really after a cheap manual on a cdr to fix the small electrical problems im having like rear windscreen wiper/seat
Anything other than small elec fixes/bulbs replacing means i have to take it to the garage because i havent the time to do anything on the Jeep with a 6 week old and a 2 year old
Thankyou for the offer though
If there are any Jeep Mechs in Gloucestershire that want some work
Please feel free to pm me
