Apologies in avance for this cos ive seen the answer somewhere on here before but i cant find it now  :roll:

Can anyone please tell me under normal circumstances will YJ wheels fit on a TJ?

But - I think you can buy spacers that also adapt to different wheel stud spacing  :)

Pretty sure your wrong RichT - YJ wheels are identical spacing to TJ - anyone else confirm ?

I think the PCD is different, 5 on 4.5 0n TJ, 5 on 5.5 on YJ.

Don't mind being wrong though :D

Just to confirm - Greggmo borrowed my wheels. (He has the red YJ). CJ rims don't fit either YJ or TJ.

Nother wheel question please.. :shock:

At the mo i have stock 15 x 7 TJ alloys but was thinkin of getting some new steel rims running on 31s

Can anyone tell me if it would be better to get 8" rims for better stability and for any future increase in tyre size.

if so what size backspace if any would i need to make them run ok.
