Put the 4" lift on, put the tyres on and then fiddle around with body lifts and bump stopping with trimming to whatever extent you think looks right.

Pardon me for being argumentative, but I really don't think you can trim a Cherokee widetrack by much at all.

The only thing you can trim away are the fender flares, so if you keep trimming, you end up with no fender flares at all.

Then you got what amounts to a trimmed narrow track body sitting on widetrack axles with big fat tyres.

I've seen pictures from the US of flat flares fitted like on the front of a M715, but then you got to make the edges safe so you don't slice some kids face in half :greggmo:

you can't just trim the outer wing, a combination of inner wing and bump stop mods front and rear will also be required but that nothing to drastic for anyone will a few basic skills, bump stops are just a case of extension blocks, and inner wings need be no more that a flat sheet fabrication or a cut and insert.

Cut factory flares off trim wing and put flare on higher up......... avoids the M715 scenario....

Works on the rear of Jeepster Commandos.........

Does depend on degree of curvey bits.......... worth a thought........ :icon_super:

Ade, I made my own using Actile rod (transmission bearing material - similar to Nylon but much much stronger) and then made a flexible section out of conveyor belt, glued the two togther using contact adhesive and you come out with a strong but flexible mount. Have a look in my build section for pics.
