you called
basically, I cut a 50mm slot out of the sills, then measured the depth + how much you want as a tree slider off the top of me head 180mm x 50mm with 5mm wall box section.
seam welded top and bottom and plug weled from the inner sill

lard and i cut the whole thing back to the false chassis seem and fitted 100 x 100 box in to the whole the top was cut from the top left the flat area of the door closure and we sliced from the drop point
