Having real problems in sorting out my flashers, everything else on my setup works except this circuit. Can anyone see where I've gone wrong?

Basically the indicator switch seems to activate both LHS/RHS at the same time, hazards don't seem to work at all?

Your hazard warning light is going to flash when indicating left (you can fit a diode in line to sort that out)but other than that it should work.
I would disconnect the hazard switch from the circuit first to see what happens, maybe the double pole switch is wrong or wired incorrectly.

You've wired up the hazard switch wrong. Your diagram is correct, but you've done it wrong on the Jeep.
Also check that the hazard switch is doing what you think it should by buzzing it out with a meter. You
might have the wrong type of switch.

The switch came with the jeep originally and is marked hazard on the side, so I thought it was right, if not what type of switch do I need, I'm thinking of maybe getting rid of the hazard warn light as the indicator warn lights will do the same thing

Good idea. You will need a DPDT (double pole, double throw) push to make switch. Make sure it's a latching
switch and not a momentary one. Maplin will sell you one. Find a store here http://www.maplin.co.uk/store-locator

I'm pretty sure the switch I have is a double pole switch and its a latching one, how would I know if it was a double throw switch?

DPDT switches are essentially two independent sets of contacts which share a mechanical switch mechanism.
It's really two switches in one box. Buzz them out with an ohmeter.

Problem sorted, I had forgotten to earth the indicator warn lights so it was bridging between them effectively making both left and right positive the entire time. Took disconnecting everything on the indicators to find it though.
