My poorly XJ

Its the 2.5 d again sorted the alarm and imob out , serviced then about to put shackles on then get it to the site.. Flat battery a couple of weeks ago and will not start, put a new ECU and Alarm unit on last year and the dam thing has gone back to its original vin number and even with the DRB machine it wont except the new one .   Any ideas  i know one answer is to send it to the scrap but it runs alright........
